Refund policy

At Jugalbandi, event planning involves advance commitments to venues, artists, equipment, catering, and operational costs. For this reason, all ticket purchases are final.

Ticket Sales

• All tickets purchased for Jugalbandi events are non-refundable and non-cancellable.
• Once a ticket has been purchased, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including:
  • Change of plans
  • Illness or injury
  • Travel disruptions
  • Personal emergencies
  • Late arrival
  • Failure to attend the event

Ticket Transfers

• Tickets may be transferred to another person only with prior approval from Jugalbandi.
• Transfer requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before the event.
• Jugalbandi reserves the right to refuse transfer requests where necessary.

Event Cancellation by Jugalbandi

• If an event is cancelled by Jugalbandi and is not rescheduled, attendees may be offered:
  • A full refund; or
  • Credit towards a future Jugalbandi event.

Event Rescheduling

• If an event is rescheduled, all tickets will automatically remain valid for the new date.
• Refunds will not be provided due to inability to attend the rescheduled event.

Changes to Event Details

Jugalbandi reserves the right to make changes to:

• Artists or performers
• Event schedules
• Venue arrangements
• Programme content

Such changes do not qualify for a refund.

Agreement

By purchasing a ticket for any Jugalbandi event, you acknowledge and agree that:

All ticket sales are final. No refunds, cancellations, or exchanges will be provided after purchase.
